Getting Started

How does PixoEdits work?
We make professional image editing simple. Upload your images, provide your instructions, select your service and turnaround time, and place your order. Once completed, you can download your edited images directly.
What are credits?
Our image editing services are priced using credits. The number of credits required depends on the service, image complexity, and turnaround time you choose. The more credits you purchase, the lower your cost per credit. Credits do not expire and remain available until you use them.
How do I send and receive my images?
You can securely upload your files through our online uploader. We also support Dropbox, WeTransfer, Hightail, and our integrated FTP for clients who prefer alternative file-transfer methods.
What file formats do you accept and deliver?
We accept most common image formats, including JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, AI, and RAW files. We can deliver your completed images in the format required for your project, including layered PSD files where applicable.
How does the free trial work?
New customers receive 10 free credits to try our editing services with no credit card required. Simply create an account and use your free credits to place your first trial order.

Pricing & Payments

How do I know what my order will cost?
You can estimate the required credits using our service examples and pricing information. If you're unsure about the complexity of your images or have a larger project, use Get a Free Quote to send us sample images and project details. Our team will review them and provide pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Do you save my card details?
No. We do not store your card details.
Can I get a refund if I decide not to continue?
If you decide not to continue with our services, you can request a refund. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days from the date of your request.

Turnaround & Revisions

How fast is your turnaround time?
We offer Express delivery in 3, 6, 9, or 12 hours, with standard turnaround options of 18–24 hours. For larger orders, 48-hour and longer delivery options are also available at discounted rates. Turnaround depends on the service, image complexity, and order volume.
Can I receive my images earlier than the estimated delivery time?
Yes. When possible, we may complete and deliver orders earlier than the estimated turnaround time. If you have a specific deadline, let us know when placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
What happens if I'm not happy with my order?
If we've not met your original instructions, we'll rework the images at no additional cost. Simply use the Resubmit option next to your order, provide your feedback, and our team will review the request.
Are revisions free?
Yes. We don't charge for revisions when they relate to the original instructions provided with your order. If you provide new instructions, request additional editing, or change the original requirements, the additional work may incur a charge.

Security & Privacy

How safe are my images?
We take the security and confidentiality of your images seriously. Files are securely transferred and handled only for the purpose of completing your order. We never share, reuse, or publish client images without your permission.
Do you keep my images after the order is completed?
Completed images are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days of the order being completed. If you have specific security or data-retention requirements, please contact our Support Team.
